63 year old man with history of hepatitis B carrier state. He presented with loss of weight and general malaise.Imaging revealed a large irregular hepatic mass.
There is a large, pale, fleshy, tan tumour mass in the right lobe. Geographic areas of paler necrosis and foci of dark haemorrhage are noted. The residual liver parenchyma does not show evidence of cirrhosis.
