66 year old man with a painless swelling growing from beneath his toes over the past few months. He had difficulty putting on footwear and walking on the affected foot.
The anterior plantar aspect of his foot shows a large, fungating cauliflower-like growth. Cut surface shows a pale appearance with much blackish discoloration. There is invasion into the underlying soft tissue but sparing the bone.
