63 year old postmenopausal woman complained of vaginal bleeding.
The uterus is only mildly enlarged. The endometrial cavity is distended with an exophytic, irregular, tan-coloured growth arising from the endometrium. In Focally, there is superficial invasion of the inner one-third of the myometrium.
A small subserosal leiomyoma is noted in the fundus. The cervix shows a few Nabothian cysts but is otherwise not involved.
